Time to say Bye Bye Bye…to your old makeup routine
Seint Makeup Part 1: The Routine You Need, But Don’t Know It Yet…
Another one of my very many hats (but one I don’t talk about as often) is being a Level 2 artist for Seint, a beauty brand founded by women that’s revolutionizing makeup with a streamlined system, designed to enhance your natural beauty in just minutes.
I’ve been doing this for over a year now, and honestly? This cream-based, single-palette system has completely changed my daily makeup routine. If you’re a mom juggling everything, a working girl who can’t afford another wasted minute in the morning, or simply just looking for new, clean products, here’s why I swear by it:
FAST. The foundation routine can take as little as 4 minutes, and as little as 7 minutes with adding a eyeshadow look (fascinating, right?!). With the IIID system (described below), you sculpt, brighten, and color your face in just one swipe – no complicated steps.
NATURAL, YET PROFESSIONAL, FINISH. Instead of layering multiple products all over your face, Seint uses a method called HAC – Highlight And Contour – to apply everything in a single layer exactly where it’s needed. This IIID system includes contour, brightening highlight, lip & cheek, and main highlight. Not to mention, this company’s cream-based formula blends flawlessly, even for beginners, without caking or looking heavy. Seint is ideal for maturing skin – hydrating enough not to settle into fine lines, but buildable enough for coverage. Talk about a perfect combo!
CUSTOM. Your shades are hand-picked (by yours truly!) to match your skin tone perfectly.
EASY. Everything you need fits into one magnetic palette – say goodbye to heavy makeup bags and spacious caboodles (where are my fellow 90s girls?!). No more digging through 10+ products – just grab your palette and go.
CLEAN. Formulated to European standards: paraben-free, gluten-free, alcohol-free, sulfate-free, and always cruelty-free. The palette components are also refillable and recyclable – a win for sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
MINIMAL. Fewer steps, fewer products, less clutter. These products last for months. They are also super affordable…you can feel confident with Seint without spending tons of money!

Only got 4 minutes?
Seint Makeup Part 2: Sometimes I Think What I Need is a SEINT Intervention
“We only got 4 minutes to save the world…”
Okay, maybe not the whole world – but your mornings? Absolutely.
One of the reasons I became a Seint artist is because this makeup system truly changed my routine…without changing too much of my face. With just one palette and one layer of cream-based magic, I can get out the door in 4 minutes flat – with sculpted cheekbones, bright eyes, and a natural glow.
In this post, I’m walking you through the exact 4-step process I use every day to Highlight and Contour (aka HAC) in minutes – no layering, no complicated tricks.
Let’s break it down by each step in the order I personally use:
Step 1: Contour
This is where the magic begins! Contour is used to sculpt and define your natural bone structure. With Seint’s cream formula, you don’t have to be a professional makeup artist to make it work.
Apply contour under your cheekbones, along the sides of your nose, around the hairline, and under your jawline. Think of it as your natural shadow – it gives your face depth and dimension.
Pro Tip: Use a light hand at first. These creams are very blendable – you can always build more!
Step 2: Brightening Highlight
This is your light-and-lift step. Apply brightening highlight to the inner and outer corners of your eyes, down the bridge of your nose, center of your forehead, and chin. It’s like instant refresh mode for your face.
Pro Tip: Brightening highlight brings light to the places you want to pop on camera and in real life – great for moms who haven’t slept since 2018.
Step 3: Lip + Cheek
A two-in-one powerhouse. This cream adds a healthy flush to your cheeks and a beautiful tint to your lips. Dab it on the apples of your cheeks and blend up toward your temples for a youthful lift.
Pro Tip: Try using your finger to apply to lips and a brush to the cheeks. You can also layer shades for a custom hue!
Step 4: Main Highlight
This step evens out your skin tone and brings it all together. It’s your “foundation,” but not like the one you are used to; Seint’s main highlight is only applied where you need it – no full-face layering.
Apply this shade to the areas not already covered by the contour or brightening highlight. Think of it as the connecting tissue between your other shades.
Pro Tip: Buff gently into the skin with a brush or perfecter sponge. The result? A natural, second-skin glow.
Step 5: Blend
Now the magic really happens! Take a few extra seconds to blend it all together for a flawless finish.
Tap and buff lightly using your brush of choice, or even your fingers. Blend until the transitions between shades are soft and seamless…no professional experience necessary! I promise, you cannot mess up this step because the finish does the work for you.
Whether you want sheer, natural coverage or a full glam moment, your brush will do the talking. Here’s a quick guide:
- Light/natural: BLEND BRUSH
- Medium: IIID BRUSH
- Full: BUFF BRUSH (this one is mine! Mostly due to my acne-prone skin)
- Precision: DETAIL BRUSH or MULTITASKER
- Seamless finish: PERFECTOR SPONGE
Why This Order Works
When you’re short on time (and what mom or working woman isn’t?), the right order matters. Starting with contour gives your face structure, and ending with the main highlight blends everything seamlessly. The result? A pro look in less time than your coffee takes to brew.

From “It’s Gonna Be May(hem)” to makeup magic
Seint Makeup Part 3: My Eyeshadow Process (Chaos Included)
Let me start with a little truth bomb: I am not a professional when it comes to eyeshadow. In fact, when I apply it, I often look like I just got into a bar fight…or maybe lost a battle with a rogue LEGO or a diaper genie that bit back.
Sure, the end result might be full-on glam, but the process? It’s total chaos. That’s why I always keep my Seint Refresh Wipes within reach. (Looking for a budget-friendly alternative? The Sei Bella Makeup Removing Cleansing Wipes from my favorite wellness store are also a total win!)
I promised I’d keep it real around here – and that includes showing you how even a regular busy mom like me can pull off a polished eye look using a simple technique.
Let’s break it down step by step:
Step 1: Light Eyeshadow
Apply a light-base shade across your entire eyelid and just above the crease.
Why it matters: This creates a clean, bright canvas so every layer blends like a dream.
Pro tip: Use your finger for quick coverage or a fluffy brush for more control.
Step 2: Medium Eyeshadow
Layer a medium-toned shade across the eyelid (but NOT above the crease).
Why it matters: It adds soft dimension and begins shaping your final look.
Pro tip: Soft pinks, warm taupes, and gentle bronzes are perfect for a natural daytime vibe.
Step 3: Dark Eyeshadow
Add your darkest shade to the outer corners of your eyelids.
Why it matters: This creates depth and gives your eyes that gorgeous, lifted shape.
Pro tip: Use a small brush in a sideways “V” motion to hug the outer lash line and blend into the crease.
Step 4: Shimmer Eyeshadow
Press a shimmery shade onto the center of your eyelid for a radiant pop.
Why it matters: It reflects light and makes your eyes come alive.
Pro tip: Use your ring finger for maximum payoff without overpowering the look.
Step 5: Eyeliner & Mascara
Time to define! Line your lashes and finish with mascara for that final wow.
My go-tos:
- Eyeliner: Seint’s Black Friday cream liner with the multitasker brush – or when I’m feeling nostalgic, I grab a gel pencil from ColorStreet (faves: Noir, Marine, Bronze).
- Mascara: Seint now has three amazing options:
- Lash Velvet for buildable volume and bold intensity
- Lash Silk for a lightweight, natural finish
- Lash Leather for long-lasting, smudge-free lashes
Customize It
This method is totally adaptable:
- For a natural daytime look: Stick to neutral tones and skip the shimmer.
- For glam: Deepen those outer corners and add extra sparkle.
